Our factory was established in 1998, and the production volume covers 90% of the domestic market. Today, the production capacity of our factory can reach 500 lockers per day and 150,000 lockers per year.
Our new factory also started operations in May 2020. Up to now, the new factory has a total investment of about 50 million US dollars and covers an area of about 60,000 square meters.
Both of our factories are UL, CE, NSF certified.
Our new factory is equipped with two conventional production machines, CNC laser cutting, CNC punching, CNC bending machines, and a fully automatic production line with robotic welding and bending arms. This allows us to localize every step of the manufacturing process: from painting to quality control.
