Where is your factory located? Are you UL/CE/NSF certified?
Our factories are located in Hangzhou and Haining, China.
Both of our factories are UL, CE, NSF certified. Our US branch office is in Walnut, Los Angeles County, Southern California.
What’s the capacity of manufacturing?
The production capacity of our factory can reach 500 lockers per day and 150,000 lockers per year.
Do you have a showroom to visit? Where is the L.A. warehouse located?
Our US branch office in Los Angeles has an on-site warehouse and showroom. Please feel free to contact us to schedule a tour.

Does the locker come with its own software? How does the built-in software work?
Our lockers come with preloaded software making them ready to use immediately. With built-in text and email notifications, our lockers streamline any package management solution and are also used for retail.
Does our system support third-party software integration? How much does it cost?
We are able to integrate with third-party software. Our API documents come with our service package to better support the customer’s tech team.

What is the built-in Operating System?
Our tablet is a built-in industrial PC, the customer can choose either the Windows or the Android system as needed.
Will the customized products retain the UL certification?
Our standard-size lockers are UL certified. However, if the customer would like to add or modify any components or parts, it will need to be certified once again and it will cost time and expense.
Are custom orders free to choose colors or wrapping? Which type of color is acceptable?
Customers are able to choose colors or create their wrapping design. We accept RAL and Pantone colors and can also provide wrapping service.
Is there a MOQ for custom orders?
Yes. Our custom products have a MOQ to fulfill one container, our normal MOQ is 30 units. MOQ may vary according to the specific size of the locker.
How long is the lead time for custom products?
Our factory’s lead time is 50 days for production, it may vary depending on holidays.
If the product is out of stock in the US, how long is the lead time?
If the product is out of stock and we will need to order from the China factory, please allow us 45 days for backorders.
What models are included in inventory in the US? What is the leading time for inventory?
Most of our models are well stocked to serve the North American market.
Our leading time of inventory is 3 days. Please contact us to inquire about the availability of specific models.
How long does it take for overseas shipping?
The general overseas shipping takes 25-30 days, depending on the actual shipping situation.
How will the shipment be packaged?
Our locker will be packed into the export plywood crate in order to provide maximum protection from damage during transportation. There is no additional fee for packing.
How can it be shipped or picked up? Where can it be delivered?
We accept orders for FOB China, EXW factory, pickup at L.A. warehouse, or shipping to your destination.

Does the product include a labor or spare parts warranty?
Yes. We provide 1-year labor and 2-year spare parts warranty.
